On Monday, November 1, Andrea Sabatini, the finance manager from TEPSA, held a presentation on how to write a successful project proposal. The presentation was held at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro at 12 pm. 

By sharing his valuable experience, Mr Sabatini explained the key issues and points regarding the process of writing the project proposal for various sources. He presented the process of both top-down and bottom-up approaches, by highlighting all necessary steps in the process of project management. 

The insightful one-hour presentation was followed by a dynamic Q&A session, where both students and teaching assistants from the Faculty of Economics and University Donja Gorica took part.
