Cheviot Lamb - Half LegLegs of Cheviot Lamb are a real favourite for a reason. Once cooked properly they are the perfect centrepiece of any family roast dinner. Cooked low and slow, this joint provides a generous amount of succulent meat. Vacuum sealed for full freshness. Prepared by our skilled butchers on the island. Made from grass fed lamb with access to salt marshes which gives our lamb the unique flavour.
