Manoir de Montreuil Vintage 2000 Calvados

Aged for a minimum of four years in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast

the additional aging and corn content in the older component contribute a sweetness that harmoniously balances the bold character of the younger rye

It is aged twenty years minimum

you can be sure that the whiskies that are bottled are of the highest quality

all planted with ugni-blanc grapes

and subtle herbs and spice

they planted more vineyards and additional grape varieties

The blend is a mixture of eaux-de-vie with and without lees
