The best student from the University of Montenegro speaks about the Jean Monnet project

The best student from the Faculty of Economics for 2020/21 school year, Dženana Đurković, was awarded the University award this past month,  was a guest on the Morning Show on the Montenegrin national TV channel - Radio Television Montenegro (RTCG), on December 13, 2021.
In the interview, she spoke about her motives and goals, as well as activities that helped her gain knowledge and skills, where she emphasized especially the gained knowledge and experience during last summer semester when she participated in our Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence project.
It is our great pleasure to be on the receiving end of such a positive feedback from one of the best students from the University of Montenegro!

Host: You said that the activities you did in the University helped a lot in acquiring certain skills and abilities. In what way?
 
Dženana: In developing practical skills, I would like to single out surveys, research papers, essays, debates, but also guest lectures by professors from abroad, where I had the opportunity to attend, that has helped me to understand in detail that there are conflicting visions of the world of great powers and that this conflict reflects on our region and makes it dependent and more unstable. Hence, we need our own guiding idea and in that context I would like to mention the Erasmus+ project - Jean Monet Center of Excellence, in the subject International Economics with professors Danijela Jaćimović and Sunčica Rogić. Namely, it was about the challenges of EU enlargement process - European versus Chinese diplomacy in the Western Balkans...
