Upcoming online guest lectures by prof. Kong Tianping

Final set of guest lectures for the summer semester of 2020/21 at the Faculty of Econimics, University of Montenegro, will be held by professor Kong Tianping from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. 

Prof. Kong will give two lectures to students at the University of Montenegro, both from the undergraduate and master courses. Prof. Kong's first lecture is titled „Economic Transition in Central and Eastern Europe: Lessons and Reflection“ and it will be held on May 18 at the master course Globalization and Economic Policy and on May 20 at the undergraduate course International Economics. The second lecture, titled „Global Changes and Relations between China and the West Balkans“ will be held on May 25 at the master course and on May 28 at the undergraduate course. All guest lectures will be held online.  

Professor Kong Tianping works for the Institute of European Studies, which affiliates to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He teaches in the School of International Relations in the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is the member of the Academic Council of the 16+1 Think-tank Network, member of the International Academic Council of China-CEE Institute at Budapest. 

His research fields cover CEE studies, transition economies, comparative analysis of economies in transition and international politics.
