Professor Michael Kaeding from the Department of Political Science of the University of Duisburg-Essen, gave a second online guest lecture titled "The future of Europe and external differentiation: The role of EU agencies for candidate countries" to students at Univeristy Donja Gorica, Faculty of Humanistic Studies.

The lecturewas organized by Nikoleta Đukanović for students enrolled in Enlargement Policy of EU class, on Thursday, April 29 at 6 pm. 

In this lecture, professor Kaeding explained the three modes of differentiated integration: multi-speed, multi-tier and multi-menu. Also, he pointed out the importance of EU agencies, and the cooperation of EU agencies and third countries, highlighting the different status and logics of cooperation.
